    So what next they ask?
    Sleep again.

Next time around there will be no voice to awake the nyumba.
Next time it is going to be a sleep without wakening, deep and permanent.
Next time around the hidden agenda (destabilization of the political and economic core of the nyumba) will be fulfilled, lead by Odinga and his cronies.

Yet you tend to think he is the only treat, We can’t let this happen again I am not talking about presidency for all I care give it to the kavirondo, the rumbua had it for many years and we survived.

What happened this time around was the humiliating, sanctioned by our people.
The ill prepared idiot of A leader who could not steal and keep the seat, putting our people through untold evils and hell, probably our greatest enemy lies within ourselves as people. what we have witnessed and sampled it is real, it is painful, demoralizing, and humiliating that can not be allowed to happen again and survive.

We now know we are alone.

We can not rely on the old establishment thagichu – Gema to come to our aid. We all are too independent from Gema, as we have grown apart, they too grown to have their own self empowerment, and are identifiable to there own ideas.

Our reluctance to simulate without necessarily having to be assimilated has to be encouraged, to come together as political and economic advantaged people. To accommodate each and every member of the nyumba and work together as a unit and inject new ideas to hinder us from extermination.

We have to be impartial to the rest of Kenyans stand together yet stand apart in the ideology of the nyumba. We have to take criticisms and learn from them.

After all we are just humans.

Most of all We have to groom Godly young leaders with good and standing morals to guarantee the continuum

    So what next?

Romania which back in the day was communist. In 1989 people decided to revolt and overthrow the communist regime. This resulted in a year long revolution which ended with the capture and death of the communist dictator, Chauchescu. Whats interesting is how he got put away. They executed him and his wife on live TV (I’m not sure if it was live actually but it was broadcast on TV) in front of a firing squad. Now thats justice!

The concept of ‘tribe’ the word itself is a colonial creation. The idea of ‘tribe’(‘primitive’closed ethnic blocks)

are you suggesting that western powers created tribes that we were all happy go lucky africans living tribeless untill the colonialist divided us

being static and fundamental are what made Kenya a thoroughly neo-colonial state!!
Brother you must re-examine what NATION means not ‘tribe’. In this One nation out of many(‘tribes’=nations)

Gikuyu people were already one people bound by a common ancestry and heritage .So when you talk about a need to embrace and create an equal Kenya it limits and confines kikuyu nationalism to certain boundaries. Kikuyu nationalism Mr. Njuguna is much bigger than Kenya. This blog is not confined to the limitations of a Kenyan state .Though you might be unaware there are many of young (& old) kikuyu born and raised outside the boundaries of Kenya. who are Americans, Canadians, French, South African, British etc but still kikuyu. They are not Kenyans ! I suggest you raise kenyan nationalism in a kenyan nationalism blog this is a kikuyu nationalism blog

we must truely build 1 people if we are to continue to exist. ‘Tribe’ must die eventually as your and my ancestors old ‘tribes’ and social units did to give birth to new more relevant ones!! ie. a truely free and equal Kenya and eventually a united Africa!

Good luck with that i dont believe in utopias of equality, freedom and relevant ‘new relevant tribes’.i will wait to get to heaven for that.My existance owes itself to the creator and nothing else .

    Aluta Continua

It’s time of new leadeership, that is selfless and committed to our Nyumba.
We need a counter balance between the elite and the poor landless. We need a leader who will not just take and eat alone, but share with the rest of our children.
